Please read these Terms carefully before using the 800 platform. They cover account rules, payment policies, user responsibilities, and other important information in detail.
1 Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 800 platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between 8800 and its users. They apply in Bangladesh and are binding on all users — new and existing. 8800 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
2 Account Creation, Security & Policies
Account Registration
When registering an account with 800, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for immediately notifying 8800 of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Suspension & Closure
In cases of Terms violations, fraud, cheating, or suspicious activity, 8800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Any remaining balance will be returned through the designated process following verification.
3 Payments, Transactions & Refunds
Deposit Rules
All transactions on the 8800 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount must be observed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal Rules
Account identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method. Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.
Refunds & Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute over betting or gaming outcomes, 8800's decision shall be final. If a technical error causes a loss, 8800 will take appropriate action following an investigation. Deposits are generally non-refundable under normal circumstances.
4 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the 8800 platform, you confirm that you:
- Must be of legal adult age and eligible to participate in online betting or gaming.
- You are using the account in your own name and for your own benefit, not on behalf of any third party.
- Funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not being used for money laundering.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors on the platform.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
5 Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8800 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of 8800. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
The 800 platform may use third-party payment systems or software providers. 8800 is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties. Each third party's own terms and conditions apply.
Limitation of Liability
8800 is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events. 8800 bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. Limited service may be available during platform maintenance or upgrades.
6 Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Policy on Changes to Terms
8800 may amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice may be provided via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
